Brief History

IMPACT has a 30-year history, being the first private real estate company established by public subscription, in 1991. The company was the first developer in the northern part of Bucharest, in Pipera, where it built communities in residential complexes of villas until the beginning 2000s, and later, during 2001-2010, it extended the same concept in Oradea, Constanța or Ploiești. In 2007, the company started the largest project in its portfolio, Greenfield Băneasa, which upon completion in 2030 will have a total of 6,839 units. More details available at www.impactsa.ro
